The participants were totally impressed by the innovative opportunities that Chabad brought to the Walk as they made candles & Tzedoka boxes, got their picture taken at the “Kotel”, squeezed fresh Israeli style orange juice, and had their Hebrew name written on parchment. At each booth they were presented with a “Friday Light” kit and had the opportunity to put on Teffilin.

The following Mosdos had booths –

Lubavitch Chabad of Illinois & Friday Light – Candle Making Booth – organized by Rabbi & Mrs. Yosef Shmuel Moscowitz

Chabad Israeli Center – Picture at the Kotel – organized by Rabbi Menachem Slavaticki.

Camp Gan Israel – Scribal Arts & Israeli Dance Steps – organized by Rabbi & Mrs. Schneur Scheiman

Junior Gan Israel – Tzedoka Art Project – organized by Mrs. Zeesy Posner

Friendship Circle – Juice Making – organized by Rabbi & Mrs. Zelik Moscowitz

Special thanks to the Friday Light Organization and to Avremel Heshkovich, Yehudah Glaser, Mr. Avrohom Gershon, Levi Moscowitz, and all the volunteers who made this project such a great success,
