After working in Kashrus as a Mashgiach, I can accurately say that the food is not kosher.
Big Hasgachas like the OK have very primitive and inaccurate methods to check bulk amount’s of vegetables for insects.
Many mashgichim are really not knowledgeable, and even the supervisors with beards and payos don’t know how to check for bugs, or are too scared of the business owner to really supervise production of food according to Kashrus standards.

I don’t agree to a blanket statement that food isn’t kosher period. I know that I work as a mashgiach in a fast paced environment and there are leniencies that I don’t even feel comfortable with. I learned to trust the poskim of the agency I work for. There’s not much more I can do.
