Ahead of winter storm Nemo the city has suspended Alternate Side Parking regulations citywide on Saturday, February 9 to facilitate storm preparation. Parking meters are suspended as well.

the real problem is that there are just too many cars in a very limited area. What are they going to do in Boroa Park where there is often triple car parking. I know ban cars unless you can get them parked off the street.
