With great sadness and shock we inform you of the passing of Rochel Omer, daughter of Rabbi Shmuel Omer, may he be well, a Chabad Shliach in the region of Samaria in the West Bank, Israel. She was 27 years old.
Rochel passed away after years of suffering from a severe illness.
Her father, Rabbi Shmuel Omer, is currently gravely ill and paralyzed, and may be unable to attend his daughter’s funeral. Please say Tehillim and pray for the speedy and complete recovery of R’ Shmuel ben Leah.
Rochel was described by her friends and family as a kindhearted girl who always wanted to help others. In recent years, despite her illness, she was very involved in various Chessed organizations, and would help whoever came her way with a smile.
The Levaya will take place today in Har Hamenuchos, Jerusalem.
