hipicrets they tell us not to drink and drive only problem is they do it themselves.

He was getting ready for Lag-Bomer. Whats wrong with that. He was helping putting up the balloons for the Moshiach parade. They needed a car to stand on to put up the balloons. Think positive, why think drunk.

  • by the way

By the way, he did the right thing by refusing the breathalyzer. Though I would discourage anyone from driving under the influence, if you get stopped DO NOT agree to a breathalyzer. It’s results are enforceable in court whereas refusal to take a breathalyzer is not accepted in court as proof of non sobriety, so if you get caught refuse the test and ask for a lawyer immediately.

  • a driver and pedestrian

Bottom line – do not drive drunk or buzzed, cop or civilian. You put yourselves and others at extreme risk.
