Guests Tour 770 Communication Room, Library

The hundreds of Bochurim who arrived to spend Tishrei with the Rebbe were treated to a rare glimpse of some ‘off-limits’ portions of 770. The tour was arranged by the Vaad Talmidei Hatmimim Ha’olami, which has taken upon itself the responsibility of caring for the spiritual and physical needs of the guests.

The tour began in 770’s ‘communication room,’ where Rabbi Chaim Boruch Halberstam showed the Bochurim the myriad sophisticated equipment that was used to broadcast the Rebbe’s farbrengens and messages, as well as the wellsprings of Chassidus in general, to all parts of the globe.

Next the Bochurim were given a tour of the Library of Agudas Chasidei Chabad, with a detailed presentation on Chabad history and the many Seforim and artifacts on display by librarian Rabbi Sholom Dovber Levin.
