Speeding Results in Five Car Collision; Driver Injured

Five cars got smashed up after a speeding SUV collided with a minivan in a busy Kingston Avenue intersection. Hatzalah was called and transported the driver of the SUV to the hospital.

The collision occurred in the intersection of Lincoln Place and Kingston Avenue at around 4:45pm today, Wednesday. The driver of the minivan told CrownHeights.info that he had stopped at the stop-sign and began proceeding through the intersection, only to be suddenly blinded by the speeding Mercedes SUV.

Multiple eyewitnesses corroborated his version of the incident, saying that the SUV came barreling up Kingston Avenue really fast and lost control before colliding with the minivan.

Thankfully, there were no serious injuries reported, and Hatzalah was called as a precaution. They ended up transporting the driver of the SUV to the hospital, while everyone else refused further medical treatment.

    #3–this is typical New York; i.e. Too many cars, deploarable streets, nor room to maneuver, drivers who should not be driving and a consistent record of being in the top five of the worse places in the world to drive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Start drving in Europe. The Roads over there are WAY MORE NARROWER. & TWO WAY STREET. & the Roads are kept up WELL over there. Not like NY, were there’s too many pot holes all over, and the city doesn’t do nothing about it! THIS IS NEW YORK… all there worried about is tickets tickets tickets tickets tickets…….and where does the money go to?????
